CPM is our first project that aims to guide Indonesian youth age 18 to 27 who wants to get a scholarship and or global experience by participating in an international conference, competition, and summer/winter school.
Through this program, there will be transfer skill and mindset from the mentor to the mentee where three mentees will be matched with one mentor. This program will be held for three months. There will be a weekly goal that mentees have to accomplish each week, and they will discuss their weekly homework once a week. The discussion is the only opportunity when mentee can interact with the mentor.
Each meeting will be held for about maximum 4 hours. The first 2 hours will be used to discuss the weekly goal and the last 2 hours will be used to discuss mentee personal development matter.
